Egyptian Folkloric Group Produced in 2006, this DVD presents the Boston performance of the Shawki Naim Egyptian folkloric group, recorded in 1981 when the group toured the US and Faten and Shawki taught exclusively in selected US cities. For many dancers it was a unique opportunity, for the very first time, to study here in the US with real Egyptian teachers.
